Atmel MEGA8 MEGAbitty robot controller influenced micro-hexapod robot. Modified dual micro-servo differential drive system. Tons of protoyping hole to fill with sensors! Walks about 7' per minute... on carpet. Powered by a 5cell 6vdc 300mah 2/3AAA battery pack mounted on bottom of lower chassis plate. Chassis material is made of .066 PCB with dual sided plated though holes on the legs and chassis plates for mounting extra sensors or anything you want. measures under 3" square. Smaller Sumo-Hexes will probably show up in the near future! This is just a start.
