Comments and General Information:
This is a fire-fighting robot that I constructed for the April '02 Fire-Fighting contest in Hartford CT. A lot of the parts were cannibalized from my original robot, F-Squared. This robot involves about 2 years of work - but really about 2-3 months of intensive work before the contest. It is powered using 2 7.2v NiCd battery packs. Propulsion is by 2 modified servos with LEGO wheels. It uses a UV tron to find the room with the flame and a custom built light trap to find the flame in the room.

Components and Parts:
Lots of plexi-glass
2 Standard Servos
2 LEGO Wheels
Manevation Motor Driver board
1 OOPic 2 for control
1 UV Tron
2 7.2v NiCd battery packs
3 Sharp GPDU12 analog range-finders
